 Refund Policy


The customer will be able to receive a refund or exchange of the item, provided that 14 days have not yet passed since the item was received at the collection destination.

Cancellation or refund as aforesaid will be possible only if the item is received back in a new condition, without any use being made of it when it is complete and without defect. In addition, the item must be in its original packaging with the price tag.

In case of cancellation, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

To begin the cancellation or replacement process, the customer will send an appropriate message to the email: yanabalandi@gmail.comTo this message, the customer will attach appropriate references that indicate the purchase and the date of arrival of the item to the destination through the shipping company.

After receiving the cancellation or replacement notice, we will send you exact instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent to us without a suitable pre-approved request will not be accepted.

Damaged item

The customer is responsible for checking the item and its integrity immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or incorrect, we should be contacted immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it optimally. For the avoidance of doubt, the definition of a defective item does not include incorrect personal measurements provided by the customer when placing the order.

 

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Items sewn and/or designed according to personal measurements provided by the customer (which are not the standard dimensions for selection), as well as details that have been changed and/or adjusted to the customer's request cannot be canceled or replaced, unless the cancellation notice was given before preparing the items.

In addition, we do not accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.

 

Exchange

The best way to replace an item is to send it back, and once the item is received properly, replace the item with another item at the same price.

We reserve the right to change the dates of replacement of the items from time to time and/ or to cancel the replacement to replace products, all at its sole discretion.

 

Responsibility

The customer's responsibility is to make sure that the personal measurements she provided are correct. The personal dimensions provided by the customer when placing the order are the only determinants, and no changes will be allowed after the date of placing the order.

In order to avoid an error in the size of the items, it is recommended that pregnant women indicate this in the order so that we can try and make the order as accurate as possible.

We recommend using a skilled person for measurement for the most accurate measuring results.

 

Refund

We will notify you as soon as we receive and confirm your return and will let you know if the return has been confirmed or not. If confirmed, the original payment will be refunded to you automatically. Please note that it may take some time for the credit to appear in your account for reasons that depend on other third parties.
