Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Delivery
At YANA BALANDI, we prepare and ship all orders as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Delivery times vary depending on your country’s customs and the carrier’s processing speed.
We ship worldwide via UPS, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The customer may request a replacement or cancel a purchase in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Standard Items:

  • Cancellation or replacement is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-Made / Made-to-Measure Items:

  • Cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.

  • This includes:

    • Custom measurements

    • Custom colors

    • Design changes

    • Alterations or adjustments

How to Request a Cancellation or Return:
All requests must be sent via email to yanabalandi@gmail.com.
We will provide instructions on how and where to return your product. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Amount:
After receiving a valid cancellation notice and the returned product, the refund will include the full amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
Shipping costs are deducted separately. If free shipping was included, the original shipping cost is also deducted.

Yes. Custom size and color are available at no additional cost — contact us before ordering.

Slight variations may occur due to monitor display settings.
